Happy Holistic Life - Hannah Ward

Happy Friday! This week's Femme Friday feature is my great friend Hannah. She is a fierce spirit with a loving heart. I am inspired by her each and every day, so I know you will be, too! Her blog Happy Holistic Life is dedicated to helping people live a happy and healthy life (just like Golden Vessels). Here is some food for thought brought to you by Hannah.

What inspired you to create your own brand?

Ever since I was in like middle school or so, I have loved health and nutrition. It amazes me how many amazing things there are to learn about our bodies and how to nourish them the best way you can. I decided to start my brand so I could help others learn more about health and especially learn yummy recipes. I know for someone starting out, the question is finding healthy recipes that actually taste good.

Where do you wish to see your brand in the future?

I am not entirely sure, but I would say that I would love to see it help and encourage others to love health and nutrition as well. I would love to build a community of health bloggers, instagrammers, and writers, and just be a source of help and love to those looking to better their health.

What message are you trying to put out into the world with what you create?

To love who you were made to be, but to understand the importance and vitality of taking care of the body you were giving. To understand mental health and how that plays a tremendous role in the journey of physical health.

What advice do you have for girls who are starting out?

Its never too late, and its never too early. If you are inspired and you want to share it, do it. It doesn't matter how many followers you get, how many likes you get, etc. It matters if you make an impact to even just one person.

What is your definition of a “boss babe”?

A woman who goes out there and acts in confidence and does what inspires her, because it inspires HER. A woman whose biggest goal in life is treating herself with the most respect, and diligently working to learn more about who she is every single day. Someone who is looking to better those around her, and use her own knowledge to help others have the same.

Do you have anything else you’d like to say?

We were all created with a calling and passion, but it is our own choice if we choose to take our callings and run with them. Use your passions to inspire others, and use your voice to reach those who might not know how to use theirs yet. We are women, and should be proud of it, because being a woman is pretty badass.
